Peanut Butter Cookies

Composition:

  • 200 g of butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 250 g 100% peanut cream with pieces of SoWell nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 g of chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Put the soft butter into a bowl, add sugar and mix until the ingredients are combined, then add the 100% SoWell peanut cream, eggs and mix until the ingredients are combined.
  2. Mix the flour with baking soda and baking powder and mix it into the butter.
  3. Finely chop the chocolate and stir it into the dough.
  4. Line the baking tray with paper and put the dough portions on – you can form balls with your hands or use an ice cream scoop.
  5. Put the tray with the cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (top and bottom heating) and bake the cookies for about 20 minutes. After baking, remove the baking tray from the oven and leave the cookies on the baking tray to cool down.
